CULTURE METHOD
Natural tending to organic
Manual harvest with sorting of the grapes and optimization of the choice of the date by a plot follow-up of the maturity.
WINEMAKING
Long and gentle pneumatic pressing, decanting for 24 hours then settling
Fermentation 65% in stainless steel vats, 35% in 220 l drums for 6 months
AGING
after 12 to 18 months in stainless steel tanks, the wine is prepared for bottling.
Homeopathic bonding and gentle filtration is performed if necessary.
