SMELLS AND TASTES LIKE
Slight tobacco aroma with hints of hazelnut and chocolate. Warm mineral flavour of dried fruits.

CULTURE METHOD
Natural tending to organic
Manual harvest with sorting of the grapes and optimization of the choice of the date by a plot follow-up of the maturity. 10% Late harvest for a grape with butrite.

WINEMAKING 
Long and gentle pneumatic pressing, decanting for 24 hours then settling
Alcoholic fermentation 90% in stainless steel vats, 10% in 220 l drums 

AGING  
After 12 to 18 months in stainless steel tanks, the wine is prepared for bottling.
Homeopathic bonding and gentle filtration is performed if necessary.
